the staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were nice and clean.

i was pretty annoyed at check-in (after a long journey). i was told i needed to pay a usd $50 deposit. i only had aud, i was forced to pay aud $100, about 26% more. this left a very poor first impression.

i found the location very central, near the river, various ferries, atms, and many dining options. the room was clean and the bed offered great comfort. the staff were polite.. i enjoyed the best breakfast i have had during my travels. the rooftop bar and the well-kept pool were fabulous.

i noticed that the air conditioning in the gym was not very effective, causing it to be quite warm during workouts.

the rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape with clear water and comfortable loungers. i appreciated the modern gym with three treadmills and weight machines. a spa offered massages and treatments for relaxation.
